Your Role at impact.com:

As a Sr. Customer Success Manager, you will be an incredible product expert! This involves utilizing our software suite to build stronger & more successful marketing campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive support, resolving issues, and driving the adoption and utilization of our products. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of customer needs in order to drive customer retention, expansion, and overall success. What You Have:

  • 3+ years of customer success/relationship experience, preferably B2B
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, or related field a plus)

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver world-class support to our top clients
  • Maintain a balanced proactive/reactive relationship with your assigned accounts.
  • Dedicated duties include account monitoring, regular check-ins, and relationship-building
  • Reactive duties include training, product support, and appropriate delegation when technical issues and feature requests arise
  • Understand clients' goals and objectives to drive strategic growth, and provide guidance on how our platform and services can support their needs
  • Become an expert on the Impact.com platform, staying up to date with new features, functionality, and industry trends
  • Drive product adoption and usage among clients, ensuring they fully leverage the capabilities of our platform

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, plus an additional 25% Variable Commission Plan ($18,750 - $23,750) for an annual OTE of $93,750-$118,750 and generous stock (RSU) award.

Your Role at impact.com:

The Corporate Counsel is to provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and privacy matters. The Corporate Counsel is expected to work closely with key stakeholders across the Company, to play an important role in executing on strategic business goals and initiatives, and to provide practical legal advice to internal clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Advise on a broad range of commercial issues, including corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, capital raises, and business growth (international expansion, M&A, etc.)
  • Supporting corporate functions including stock administration, board prep and communications.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel, including managing services and expenses: partner when needed to handle complex legal and regulatory issues spanning a variety of topics.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements with strategic partners, as well as draft and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
  • Provide subject matter support for privacy, including assisting with drafting policies, procedures, templates and negotiating with clients.
  • Provide support to the Company’s other legal teams and functions as needed, including with respect to contracts and other agreements with customers, partners, and resellers.
  • Prepare, review and update, as applicable, corporate policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform ad-hoc legal administrative tasks as needed.

What You Have:

  • JD and admission to a state bar in the jurisdiction in which you practice in good standing (or eligibility to practice as an in-house counsel based upon your state bar qualification), with preference for New York Bar
  • 3+ years of experience at a major law firm, with in-house experience a plus
  • Experience in complex SaaS agreements and M&A transactions
  • An independent, self-motivated individual who works well under pressure with a positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and an analytical thinker with superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with prior experience having managed, structured, and negotiated legal agreements, sent and collected required signatures from relevant parties, ensuring an efficient and timely closing process
  • Ability to effectively multi-task with stellar time and project management skills; understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines that include multiple review points and iterations
  • Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications
  • Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information
  • Strong computer skills, including a high degree of comfort using GSuite and Microsoft products

Salary Range: $149,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

Your Role at impact.com:

As the Product Manager I for our Campaigns functionality, you will be responsible for developing features and capabilities that will bring together advertisers with publishers, creators and vendors to build out powerful campaigns to drive awareness and performance. This role will work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure that campaigns are effective and meet the needs of both brands and publishers.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing work according to strategic objectives, business needs, project evolution, and customer requirements.
  • Research, define, design, and manage the development of new features as well as upgrades to existing features. 
  • Work with brands to understand their campaign goals and objectives and to oversee the development of features that enable those goals to be visualized, monitored and ultimately achieved

  • Drive alignment across Growth Marketing, Engineering, Product, Design, Data Analytics, and Marketing teams to deliver on your vision and strategy.

  • Ability to analyze conversion/funnel data across the entire partner lifecycle (discovery, onboarding, and productivity) for both brands and partners to identify conversion drop-off points and optimize solutions to drive up marketplace liquidity and partnership engagement.
  • Familiarity with measuring and interpreting metrics that reflect the health and success of a two-sided marketplace (brands and partners).
  • Experience designing and conducting A/B tests and experiments to validate product improvements and optimize conversion rates.
