We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales person to own one of our top territories in North America. You will have the opportunity to grow rapidly and gain exposure to new marketing technologies as we progress! As an Account Executive, Commercial, you will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers. Your Role at impact.com:
We are growing our sales organization to accommodate the increasing demand for our solution. As a B2B Account Executive, you will be engaging directly with SaaS businesses of all sizes, helping them to grow their business through partnership marketing. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business and grow the customers' usage of the impact.com platform over time. You will use your knowledge of digital marketing to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant, running the sales process end-to-end with the customer. - Develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan

Your Role at impact.com:
impact.com is seeking a Creator Relations Manager to run day-to-day creator onboarding focused on new creator growth and retention. This role is critical in helping creators on the impact.com platform understand how to utilize our tools to thrive and grow. The Creator Relations Manager will establish 1:1 relationships with creators who have joined the platform within the quarter, conducting onboarding calls and emailing various strategies to grow their overall brand partnerships and to start earning with their partners.
As the Creator Relations Manager you will be responsible for monitoring newly joined creators & getting in touch with them to have a friendly 1:1 touch point as soon as they join. You’ll also be responsible for tracking your outreach, goals, and performance.
This role is the first of a new Creator Relations team that will eventually comprise various levels of creator management spanning the creator lifecycle on the platform. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in analyzing marketing performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing efforts and support our growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing (primarily) and cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, scale, and align strategies with business objectives.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of B2B and digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.

Your Role at impact.com:
We are offering a unique opportunity to get an incredible amount of experience working with the world’s leading partnership management platform. You will be the first line of contact at impact.com responsible for generating new business through inbound opportunities by helping prospects understand the value of impact.com’s 3 SKUs. Your experience collaborating across sales, demand generation, sales/marketing operations, and more will allow for invaluable learning opportunities and skill development.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with inbound contact forms/inquiries, web chats, emails to assess qualification of prospects
- Educate and qualify prospects about our transformative technology and the 3 SKUs Impact provides for their marketing challenges
- Work closely with Account Executives across all segments - customer & new logo, to build a pipeline for impact.com’s products. Additionally you will work closely with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and more to streamline workflows.
- Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.com and leverage tools like Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and more.
- Schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good potential with Account Executives
- Providing valuable market and product feedback to continue to drive impact.com’s business development strategy
What You Have:
- Experience in any customer-facing service industry (retail, telesales, real-estate etc.)
- Excited by the prospect of getting an incredible amount of experience with all critical business functions - Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Client Services, Product, Technology and Finance
- Confident and courteous verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: Salary: $58,500 per year, plus additional Variable Commission Plan (Additional $18000) contingent on performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

Your Role at impact.com:
As a Solutions Architect, you'll get to blend your technical expertise in a dynamic pre-sales setting. You will collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of client requirements and designing solutions to ensure their success. As a member of a skilled team, you will have the opportunity to delve into an ever-evolving partner management system, gaining a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities. Armed with this knowledge, you'll play a crucial role in propelling the growth of impact.com.
What You'll Do:
- Support revenue teams as product specialists and primary technical resource
- Effectively communicate the value of impact.com’s technology to potential clients
- Discover and document client technical and product requirements, using this to design an ideal implementation
- Develop solution and technical integration documentation to support the prospect
- Draft technical RFP responses and project manage technical and security questionnaire responses in a timely manner
- Work with product teams to deliver client requests and communicate product vision to prospective clients

Your Role at impact.com:
Do you love being part of the action? Are you passionate about strategic rollouts? Partner with our Sales, Product and Marketing teams to assist in our most important go-to-market launches. Participate in their success by building strong relationships, executing learning programs and playbooks and supporting deal strategy. Have a big impact by supporting global sales teams in the US, EMEA and APAC.
What You'll Do:
- Minimum of 3 years in learning, sales enablement, or relevant client facing experience, (channel experience, Saas/B2B/Digital experiences are a plus)
- BA Degree or above in Corporate Training, Psychology, Sociology, or in arts performance with educational (teaching) experience (a plus) or equivalent experience.
- Established as a strong influencer across organizations
- Fantastic standing amongst cross-functional teams throughout past working initiatives
What You Have:
- Act as a partnership SME, enabling sales team to understand the value of the Partnership Cloud
- Design, develop and maintain training strategies and programs for the Partnership Team, Tech Partners and Agency Partners
- Presenting to groups of Sales/CS/AM teams within our biggest Tech and Agency Partner's orgs
- Align internally with Sales and other Enablement team members to support go-to-market activities across the revenue organization
- Ensuring the Tech Partnership and Agency Partnership teams are enabled on new features solutions that are being rolled out
- Developing pitch content used for Tech and Agency Partner enablement motions
- Continue to assure that "advertiser-focused" content is kept up to date in Seismic
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, identify and leverage SMEs
- Constantly monitor, assess and improve training content & tools

Your Role at impact.com:
As a Publisher Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with a portfolio of publisher customer accounts at Impact. You will use strong problem-solving and solution-driven thinking. You will drive a world-class partner experience that builds trust, retention, and loyalty. Your role is pivotal to ensuring publishers feel supported and empowered to grow their partnerships with our advertisers at Impact.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for meeting publisher account growth targets to increase publisher revenue (commission payout).
- Create development plans for the assigned book of business that builds trust, retention, and loyalty with publisher partners.
- Identify, propose, and support new matchmaking efforts for publishers with Impact advertiser partners.
- Capable of identifying and escalating publisher challenges early, succinctly, and with a potential resolution.
- Analyze publisher data quarterly to ensure publishers are engaged and growing.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams at Impact including but not limited to: Customer Growth, Support/Customer Solutions, Onboarding, Technical Services and the Partnerships Lab team.
What You Have:
- Affiliate/Publisher knowledge: Experience in the performance marketing industry with an in-depth understanding of affiliate platform tracking capabilities, different publisher types, and different payment models.

Your Role at impact.com:
The Solutions Consultant will partner with the sales organization to drive revenue for impact.com. The Solutions Consultant role requires a team member to have both technical knowledge and business acumen giving them the skills to uncover our customers current and future states as well as business goals in order to effectively position impact.com technology. The Solutions Consultant needs to have confidence and credibility of both product and industry knowledge as well as the ability to build rapport and be seen as a trusted advisor by clients, prospects and sales partners.
What You'll Do:
- Core member of the account team working with customers and prospects during sales cycles to inspire use cases and build confidence in impact.com products and integrations
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to document customer current and future states as well as technical requirements, positive business outcomes and the metrics they use to measure them
- Design solution plan and technical integration documentation to address customer requirements that can be transitioned to onboarding and CS teams to ensure continuity throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead technical sales activities including: development of technical assets for pipeline generation campaigns, creating and delivering presentations, platform demonstrations, scoping technical solutions and technical validation form, facilitating working sessions with prospects using our product and advising on proof of concept activations
- Draft technical RFP responses and project manage technical and security questionnaire responses in a timely manner
- Collaborate with product teams to aggregate and share customer and industry requests for product roadmap, articulate product vision to customers/prospective clients and maintain expertise of latest product innovation and enhancements
- Create re-usable content that can be used across the broader sales and solutions organization
What You Have:
