Your Role at impact.com:

The IT Support Specialist is the first point of contact for 1000+ employees globally. You will be responsible for troubleshooting end user issues on various SaaS applications, hardware, network, and telecommunication systems. The role reports to the IT Manager located in New York City.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the global IT team to provide support for your local office and other locations.
  • Responsible for keeping relevant stakeholders informed of any updates during the resolution of their requests.
  • User accounts - new user access, assists with issues, manage user permissions, and handling user terminations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SaaS issues.
  • Conduct research to understand, explain and resolve technology issues.
  • Communicate updates to users that have been or may be affected by a problem.
  • Utilizes help desk tracking software to present recommendations and improvements for user systems.
  • Support and troubleshoot AV systems for conference rooms and townhalls.
  • Research and implement new functionality.

 

What You Have:

  • 4+ years of end-user support.
  • Experience with implementing 3rd party applications.
  • Experience with creating technical documentation.
  • Site owner for local and regional offices.
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively. 
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack, Zoom.
  • Experience with using a ticketing system such as Jira, Freshdesk, etc.
  • Ability to support predominantly a Mac based environment.
  • Ability to work independently on IT projects.
  • Experience with conducting SaaS usage audits.
  • Understand information security principles and best practices.
  • General knowledge of networking concepts.

Your Role at impact.com:

As HR Business Partner You'll be a strategic partner in our people function, collaborating closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with our organisational goals. Your initiatives will drive enhancements in employee performance, engagement, and development. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, spearheading change management efforts, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring legal compliance. Ultimately, your focus will be on fostering a positive work environment that nurtures employee growth and success.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the organizational structure supports growth plans and business model.
  • Review organizational structure for efficiency and competencies.
  • Facilitate organisational design and workforce planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to align people with goals.
  • Consult and coach leaders on HR/People plans and initiatives
  • Coach and advise on performance management.
  • Lead performance reviews and development discussions
  • Recommend actions for a healthy work environment.
  • Manage offboarding and exit processes.
  • Analyze HR Analytics for insights and recommendations
  • Build relationships for business insight and development recommendations.
  • Foster internal talent development and promotions.
  • Facilitate training in collaboration with People Development.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding for a positive experience.
  • Manage employee relations issues
  • Ensure legal compliance and reduce risks.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships.
  • Provide policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, People Development, and broader People Organization on various projects to ensure alignment with company goals and best practices in HR management

What You Have:

  • 5+  years of relevant experience
  • Significant experience partnering with globally distributed teams across time zones
  • Experience in Project & Change management
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to build trust with your stakeholders by being open and transparent, and always following through
  • A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including employment laws and regulations, coaching and facilitation, and performance management and employee relations. 
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment and managing change. 
  • Experience with facilitation
