As an Account Executive, you are responsible for growing our client base across all segments. What you will be doing:

  • Leading with insight and delivering an exceptional prospect/ customer experience
  • Build and grow your assigned territory while benefiting from the support of Marketing and Channels
  • Achieving or exceeding individual quota bringing in new clients to Impact.com
  • Manage multi-threaded sales-cycles engaging end users through to C-level executives and building the value of our product
  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
  • Manage your pipeline, dealflow, forecasting with vigor and accuracy 
  • All the while creating ‘irrational love’ amongst our customers

Does this sound like you? 

  • Minimum of 4 years of closing sales experience, preferably within SaaS and performance marketing/ martech
  • You have a network of advocates that will support your success in this role
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with decision makers within your territory and key verticals
  • Prior experience driving sales and business development activities
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
  • Track record of success in carrying an quarterly quotas and building and maintaining pipeline to achieve it
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market within a competitive landscape
  • The ability to collaborate across internal teams to achieve the business goals and objectives
  • You are a contributor to the team culture 
  • Ability to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Experience within performance, partner, or affiliate marketing is a plus

Your Role at impact.com:

The Channel Partnerships Manager is responsible for the overall growth of Impact’s partnerships with agencies and tech partners in ANZ. Key performance indicators for the Partnerships Associate are: growth in inbound agency referrals, increase in agency revenue, adoption of Agency partner program, agency onboarding and education,QBRS, onboarding of tech partners, inbound and outbound leads to tech partners and efficient conduit/liaison between Impact Sales and partner business development teams. 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive direct and productive relationships with ANZ agency partners
  • Identify and onboard new tech channel partners
  • Generate inbound referrals from channel partners and direct outbound customer referrals
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate messaging articulating Impact’s positioning and agency partnerships externally and internally
  • Provide tight collaboration with the Sales and Marketing organization to ensure Channel Partnerships initiatives are effectively driving leads to revenue teams
  • Advocate for agency partners across com’s teams
  • Prepare pipeline and sales reporting to analyze and provide insights on trends and opportunities for growth
  • Manage agency enablement, such as e-learning programs and agency certification
  • Conduct agency maturity assessments and business reviews
  • Provide agency guidance and co-pitching across key strategic accounts
  • On-site agency and tech partner training, demos and enablement presentations to help drive leads
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs for agency and tech partners such as marketing initiatives, events, lunch and learns and workshops.
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue. 

What You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS with experience consulting / business development / operations / account management / sales or related experience
  • Understanding of the affiliate/partnerships industry and network of agency contacts will be advantageous
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of partner and company hierarchy
  • Knowledge of channel sales processes and best practice is preferred
  • Experience establishing and developing long term lasting relationships
  • Commitment to excellence, high integrity, and a team player
  • Must be focused and organized. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced software environment is a must
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

Your Role at impact.com:

This role partners with our Sales and Success teams, Participates in their success by building strong relationships, reinforcing sales methodology, executing learning programs and playbooks and supporting deal strategy. Have a big impact by supporting sales and success teams in APJ and coordinating with EMEA and the US on best practices and methodology.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a sales methodology SME, enabling the sales team to understand Command of the Message and Value Selling methodology while aligning to the customer.
  • Design, develop and maintain sales skills mentoring and coaching programs for all revenue responsible roles
  • Continue the weekly training program with success to ensure that all gaps are covered to keep supporting the team to achieve their TRE targets 
  • Conduct live training sessions and product bootcamps, to reinforce pitch and positioning with sales and success
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, identify and owns and coordinate SMEs to leverage them on different areas
  • Support sales and success teams with the customisation of sales assets - decks, one pagers, emails etc with the goal of increasing new business and expand sales and growth opportunities and gathers from other regions the best material to adjust locally
  • Research, implement and guide the adoption of productivity tools and learning platforms
  • Constantly monitor, assess and improve training content & tools
  • Works as a coordinator with the competitive team to ensure that we have relevant local material to use in presentation, emails, pitches… and for the whole team general knowledge

 

What You Have:

  • 2+ years in learning, sales enablement, or relevant client facing experience (Saas/B2B/Digital experiences are a plus)
  • BA Degree or above in Corporate Training, Psychology, Sociology, or in arts performance with educational (teaching) experience (a plus)
  • Established as a strong influencer across organizations
  • Fantastic standing amongst cross-functional teams throughout past working initiatives
