Your Role at impact.com:
As a Customer Success Director (CSD) at impact.com, you will play a key individual contributor role in managing enterprise-level client relationships to promote retention and growth. What You'll Do:

Your Role at impact.com:
The Corporate Counsel is to provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and privacy matters. The Corporate Counsel is expected to work closely with key stakeholders across the Company, to play an important role in executing on strategic business goals and initiatives, and to provide practical legal advice to internal clients.
What You'll Do:
- Advise on a broad range of commercial issues, including corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, capital raises, and business growth (international expansion, M&A, etc.)
- Supporting corporate functions including stock administration, board prep and communications.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, including managing services and expenses: partner when needed to handle complex legal and regulatory issues spanning a variety of topics.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements with strategic partners, as well as draft and negotiate customer and vendor agreements.
- Provide subject matter support for privacy, including assisting with drafting policies, procedures, templates and negotiating with clients.
- Provide support to the Company’s other legal teams and functions as needed, including with respect to contracts and other agreements with customers, partners, and resellers.
- Prepare, review and update, as applicable, corporate policies and regulatory compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc legal administrative tasks as needed.
What You Have:
- JD and admission to a state bar in the jurisdiction in which you practice in good standing (or eligibility to practice as an in-house counsel based upon your state bar qualification), with preference for New York Bar
- 3+ years of experience at a major law firm, with in-house experience a plus
- Experience in complex SaaS agreements and M&A transactions
- An independent, self-motivated individual who works well under pressure with a positive, service-oriented attitude

As the Marketing Automation Manager - Marketo, you will play a critical role in the success of our global marketing initiatives. Everything we do in marketing runs through Marketo, making this role the technical execution arm of Marketo programs from soup to nuts and keeping up with new features and functionality. What You Have:
- 2-8+ years of experience in business development / sales / account management or related experience.

Your Role at impact.com:
The Solutions Consultant will partner with the sales organization to drive revenue for impact.com. The Solutions Consultant role requires a team member to have both technical knowledge and business acumen giving them the skills to uncover our customers current and future states as well as business goals in order to effectively position impact.com technology. The Solutions Consultant needs to have confidence and credibility of both product and industry knowledge as well as the ability to build rapport and be seen as a trusted advisor by clients, prospects and sales partners.
What You'll Do:
- Core member of the account team working with customers and prospects during sales cycles to inspire use cases and build confidence in impact.com products and integrations
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to document customer current and future states as well as technical requirements, positive business outcomes and the metrics they use to measure them
- Design solution plan and technical integration documentation to address customer requirements that can be transitioned to onboarding and CS teams to ensure continuity throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead technical sales activities including: development of technical assets for pipeline generation campaigns, creating and delivering presentations, platform demonstrations, scoping technical solutions and technical validation form, facilitating working sessions with prospects using our product and advising on proof of concept activations
- Draft technical RFP responses and project manage technical and security questionnaire responses in a timely manner
- Collaborate with product teams to aggregate and share customer and industry requests for product roadmap, articulate product vision to customers/prospective clients and maintain expertise of latest product innovation and enhancements
